Sorry. we do have reasons. we do not examination movies, usually array as well as OVAs, though if a film is tangentially associated to a TV show, I’ll substantially speak about it in a examination for which specific show. you do seem like a nice person, I never thought you were a d-bag from your sarcasm

Reviews I suggest, if you are able to do:

    Elfen Lied
    Monster
    Blood Plus
    Naruto
    Code Geass

Why am I suggesting Naruto? So that you can badmouth it, please! I wanna hear some good Naruto, Sakura or Sasuke bashing please!

After all that, my parents don’t get surprised if I see Elfen Lied, Blood+ or Death Note. They all know how I am somewhat fan of Light Yagami!
They would be probably be surprised if they saw me watch an Hentai Anime, since I hate those. Brazilians Men think that losing virginity or watching porn proves they are men. In my case, it just proves how extremely pathetic they are to think such. In old days, you became a man if you killed an enemy. Nowadays, hooking with whores is considered proof!

I have nothing against Dubs or Subs, as long as it is well translated. My Point is: I HATE DUB-HATERS!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE I KNOW WHO CAN’T STAND COMMENTS LIKE “I HATE THE DUB” OR “JAPANESE VOICE WAS BETTER”?! I mean, most english voices aren’t all that bad! They should see Brazilian Dubs!

I am an Anime-addict(Which is what Otaku means). As long as the anime is good, I don’t care if it’s in FRENCH, as long as the subs are correct!

My Parents fully know my Strangeness. Like:
1:I only wear black clothes. IF there was a darker color than Black, I would dress it!
2:I like games like Resident Evil, Clock Tower 3, Silent Hill(I even happen to have a fancrush for Alessa, that girl ROCKS!)
3:My Orkut Tagline is “Embrace the Void”(Used to be Gaara’s Phrase).
4:I always say things like “Can’t wait for 2012 Happening” or “Man, I wish someone would bring a gun to School and kill some bastards!”

Thank you for the video and you are funny, and you explaining how you are funny hilarious/cute.
I hear what you are saying some of the new voice acting are superb in my opinion but there are some things that can’t be translated like some tones , pitch & other, but in some anime i like the English version and in other the Japanese is the dominant version but it is harder for a non Japanese speaker to keep up with everything goin on.
Hope you can review code grass thank you Husse67

    heck yea

  9. Botokid says:

Oh, Elfen Lied can work as a gateway anime. I use it frequently to shock people out of thinking that anime is catered to children.

  10. Pooky1991 says:

I take anime any way they bring it out, just as long as its interesting to me (and not badly made by -cough- 4kids) and is good. I usually prefer dubbs and maybe even subs. Subs or harder to watch mostly due to the longer dialogue and quick dialogue you don’t have time to read. Due to me obviosly not speaking Jap. I stay away from thos that aren’t subtitled.

, for whatever reason. There are a lot of people who just can’t take criticism, and elevate anything that came from the land of the rising sun to the level of godhood. I hate these people like the plague as well.

Thanks for the compliment, sheesh, now I feel guilty for starting off critical.

I’ll be sure to check out some of your reviews, hopefully of something I’ve seen as well.

  12. Doctrinius says:

I agree with you that the area is definitely grayer when it comes to animated shows, though they are still made with the intent to work with their original language in mind. I wouldn’t want to watch Simpsons or Futurama in Japanese, if you know what I mean; it just wouldn’t be the same.

Japanophiles, or weeaboos, are incredibly annoying, though I’d say slamming dubs is the *least* of these people’s problems…
Rampant fanboyism exists everywhere, but it seems to be especially prevalent in anime

  13. Husse67 says:

Well, mind you, I was NOT knocking people that prefer subs to dubs. There are a lot of fine points about watching everything in its original language, but with pre-lay animation. (It’s animated before it’s dubbed in ANY language,) you have more grey area.

I have a lot of respect for people that watch all subs, something I just can’t do. The people I was slamming are true Japanophiles who say all dubs suck, and in general hate anything that is not Japanese.

But you seem like a cool person. ^_^

  14. Doctrinius says:

You don’t have to be a japanophile to prefer subtitles; many people (like myself) prefer all works to be in their original language. I don’t want to hear an English version of “Der Untergang” either. I’ve watched English movies all my life, and I never wanted them to be dubbed to my native language. Does that make me an Americophile too?

Also, when you sprinkle your language with Japanese words, aren’t you being extremely hypocritical when complaining about other people being too fanboyish?

  15. Emc2ky says:

    Brilliant

  16. DuckyyQuack says:

fanboys and their body pillows… haha :D

  17. shadowmark37 says:

finally some one else that laughs in their sleep :D ! now i just need to find someone that sings in there sleep….

  18. ggn3 says:

Nice nod to Willy Wonka with the mention on piracy.

  19. Toanmaru says:

OMG SHE CAN SHOOT FIRE AHHHHHHHHHH

  20. Husse67 says:

No, it’s real. That’s my workplace. I think the blue tints on my face are from my webcam. It has a very bold light on it and it’s dark in master control. -.-’

  21. LanMoore says:

Is that a fake background or are you really in that room? The lighting seems weird.

  22. Voitan says:

Not bad, I don’t RAGE whenever someone has a different opinion than me.

Watching your video was like a normal(though one-sided) conversation with one of my friends.

  23. Husse67 says:

    Weeeeeeell…

You just picked three good dubs (and EXTREMELY popular shows) from the 90s…out of dozens and dozens and dozens of horrible ripped-up travesties. You’re remembering stuff that was good enough to air on TV.

With the exception of 4Kids, screwing with the dialogue and tearing up the show is a non-issue now. There’s still bad acting from time to time, but even then, it’s much rarer now that it was several years ago.

Hey, where are all these people coming from all of a sudden?! O_O

  24. November0Night says:

I was with you until you said that the current dubs are especially good. Dubs today have considerably dropped in quality since the 90s, not in voice acting, but in the script and the audio editing. I recently watched Noein dubbed and I was appalled at how horrible it was if compared to older dubs like Cowboy Bebop or Hellsing or Outlaw Star. I know that Crispin Freeman and Melissa Fahn and Yuri Lowenthal are decent voice actors, too. It’s as if the dubbing studios just don’t care anymore.

  25. Husse67 says:

I know, I wasn’t really implying any direct HD destruction through bittorrent, I was just making a wee joke. ;)
